Financial Policy.

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions between Modern Aesthetics MedSpa (“Company”) and its clients (“Client”). By engaging the Company’s services or purchasing its products, the Client agrees to the following terms:

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:

    • The Company accepts payment by [Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cherry Payment Plans]. The Company reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are due and payable in full on the same day as the invoice date.

    • For projects exceeding $7,500 USD, a non-refundable deposit of [20]% of the total fee is required before commencement of services.

    • The remaining balance is due upon completion of services or delivery of products, unless otherwise specified in the Client Agreement.

  3. Late Payments:

    • Any payment not received by the due date will be considered delinquent.

    • Delinquent accounts may be subject to a late fee of [5% per month] or $[25] per week, whichever is greater.

    • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until the account is brought current.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations:

    • Payments made are non-refundable except as expressly provided in writing by the Company.

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least [24 hours] prior to scheduled services. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional cancellation fees.

  5. Disputed Charges:

    • Any disputed charge must be submitted in writing to the Company within [10 days] of the invoice date.

    • The Client agrees to work in good faith with the Company to resolve any disputes.

  6. Governing Law

    • This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  7. Acknowledgment

    • By entering into an agreement or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Payment Policy.

Cancellation Policy.

We value your time and ours, and we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment/event will receive a full refund (or may be rescheduled at no additional cost).

    • Cancellations made within 23 hours of the appointment/event are non-refundable (or may be subject to a cancellation fee of [percentage or flat rate]).

    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

    2. Refunds

    • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within [2 business days].

    3. Emergencies & Exceptions

    • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

Gift Card Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Modern Aesthetics Medspa (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Purchase & Redemption

    • Gift Cards may be purchased online at [website] or in-store at [919 S Winchester Blvd].

    • Gift Cards are redeemable only for eligible products and services at Modern Aesthetics Medspa locations or through our official website.

    • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

    2. Expiration & Fees

    • Gift Cards do not expire and no fees apply, unless otherwise required by law.

    3. Restrictions

    • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

    • Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be resold or transferred for value.

    4. Balance & Usage

    • To check your Gift Card balance, visit your patient portal or contact us at info@modernaestheticsmedspa.com

    • Purchases exceeding the card balance require an additional payment method.

    5. Risk of Loss

    • Title and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic or physical delivery.

    • We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • Gift Cards are provided “as is,” without warranties, express or implied.

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the face value of the Gift Card.

    7. Fraud

    • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

  2. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of Gift Cards after changes constitutes acceptance.

  3. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
